As an indispensable role in clinical trials, statisticians cover the entire life cycle of clinical trials, and will be exposed to statistical work in all stages of clinical trials, including participating in trial design, developing analytical methods, interpreting trial data, etc. Communicate and collaborate with all departments in clinical trials to ensure effective clinical studies.

1. Write statistical analysis plan, table/list/chart template and statistical analysis report;

2. Calculate the sample size and statistical test efficiency of classical experimental design;

3. Make random schemes and random tables;

4. Review case report forms and other data management related documents, including but not limited to logical verification specifications, data review plans, data transmission plans, etc.

Scientist for early target discovery, in vitro biological method development and screening evaluation in the research and development of small molecular drugs. Scientist will be integrated into the existing technology research and development platform, to cooperate with neighbouring departments of Pharmaron, such as pharmaceutical chemistry, pharmacokinetics, in vivo pharmacology, to serve customers for novel drug discovery. Will participate in the communication and cooperation of Pharmaron global research and development team. You may also have the opportunity to participate in and be responsible for the exchange and development of drug research projects of multinational pharmaceutical companies.

Job responsibility

Responsible for the evaluation of drug activity at the cellular level, in vitro cell culture, cell model building and related molecular experiments;

2. Responsible for the optimization and development of enzymatic methods and the evaluation of drug activity, involving a variety of enzymes and multi-mode technical methods;

3. Collect, summarize and sort out experimental data and write relevant reports; Needs to be able to read English experimental protocols and report experimental progress and anomalies to the client.

We are seeking an Algorithm Engineer specializing in Chemoinformatics to support the development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) projects primarily applied in the fields of chemical synthesis, separation analysis, biology, and pharmaceutical research

1.   Develop end-to-end algorithms for data science and AI projects in the field of chemistry, meeting project requirements. This includes data mining, data analysis, feature engineering, AI model development, and optimization.

2. Contribute to the development of AI algorithms in the fields of chemistry and biopharmaceuticals, including the construction and optimization of predictive models, retrosynthetic analysis, reaction condition prediction, chemical structure analysis, and more.

3. Collect and integrate data generated by chemists in the context of chemical synthesis reactions and separation analyses. Utilize chemoinformatics software such as ChemAxon, RDkit, and Python for data preprocessing and computation.

4. Test and fine-tune AI models.

5. Software development experience is a plus

Qualifications:

1.    Master's degree or higher in a relevant field such as computer science, artificial intelligence, with knowledge and experience in chemistry and bioinformatics.

2. Familiarity with chemoinformatics, including molecular representation, fingerprints, molecular descriptors, substructure matching, chemical reaction templates, and experience with chemoinformatics software like ChemAxon and RDkit.

3. Proficiency in machine learning with a strong understanding of classical machine learning and leading deep learning algorithms. Experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch.

4. Strong programming skills, including proficiency with Linux systems, Python, machine learning libraries, and SQL. Good software programming experience in Python/Java is a plus.

5. Ability to read and comprehend English literature, a strong aptitude for learning, and the ability to independently solve problems.
